Here at Sleep Store USA, we use only the most reputable Delivery companies. Only in extremely rare occasions will a product be lost or damaged. (If your product(s) is lost in transit): We must give the Delivery Company up to 5 business days to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will replace your product(s) and send a new one to you right away. (If your product(s) is damaged in transit): Please make a notation on the Proof Of Delivery paperwork given to you by the driver. Also please notify the Delivery Company and Sleep Store USA within 48 hours. We must have the damage documented in writing within 48 hours to file a claim. Pictures may also be requested to file the claim properly. Once a claim is filed we can proceed with a replacement of your product(s), as long as the damage was not self inflicted or accidental on the customers part.
(Once your product has shipped):
Please allow up to 14 Business Days for it to reach your destination. Once it has reached your immediate delivery area, the Delivery Company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. The Delivery Company is only able to hold a product for 2 weeks without storage charges. If you cannot accept delivery within 2 weeks from the day they contact you to schedule delivery, storage fee's will be applied, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay for.
Your product will be delivered with Curbside Delivery. The Delivery Company is only obligated to help you take the product off of the truck. Please have two people capable of lifting up to 300lbs. If you have a dolly it will help. Please inspect the product thoroughly before signing the Proof Of Delivery given to you by the driver. Once the Proof Of Delivery has been signed, it is understood by the Delivery Company and Sleep Store USA that the customer has accepted the product, and has agreed that there is no visible damage.
(White Glove Delivery):
Your product will be delivered with In Home Delivery and Set Up. Please have the area where you would like your product, cleared, and ready for the installation. The Delivery Company will un-pack the product for you, place it in the area of your choice, and remove/discard any un-wanted packaging. Please Note: The Delivery Company is not obligated to move any furniture or attach any headboards. There may be an additional charge for more then 2 flights of stairs. The Delivery Company and Sleep Store USA are not responsible for products that will not fit through doorways/hallways/or any where else in your home. Please make sure you measure all areas properly before placing your order with Sleep Store USA to insure your product(s) will be able to be delivered. Please inspect the product thoroughly before signing the Proof Of Delivery given to you by the driver. Once the Proof Of Delivery has been signed, it is understood by the Delivery Company and Sleep Store USA that the customer has accepted the product, and has agreed that there is no visible damage.
Removal service is available for customers who would like their current Mattress (Set) taken away and discarded. This service is limited to 1 Mattress (Set) per household, unless otherwise noted on your Invoice/Sales Receipt. Or instead of discarding your current Mattress (Set), this service is able to include the moving of 1 Bedroom (Set), from one room to another. Please note: Waterbeds and Platform Beds are excluded from this service.
(Who will deliver your product):
Smaller items will be delivered by UPS or FedEx. Larger items such as most Mattresses and Sets come by common freight line carriers such as FedEx freight line or Roadrunner Freight. This is for standard curb side delivery. If you require "White Glove Delivery" such as in the case of an Adjustable Bed we will most likely ship it using ABF or Manna Distribution.
