Sleep Store USA Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business, and stand behind all of our products & customers 110%. If for any reason you do need to cancel, there will be no charge to the customer for canceling an order before 48 Hours from when the original order was placed. If an order is canceled after 48 hours from when it was placed, the customer must cover a $50.00 service fee for all Mattresses and a $100.00 service fee for all Adjustable Beds. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the customer must cover the service fee as well as all shipping costs we incurred associated with their order. Orders may not be canceled after they have been received. Once an order has been accepted it is subject to the Sleep Trial and Warranty policies as stated. All Cancellations must be in writing, for both your records and ours. Once we receive your cancellation in writing a stop will be placed on your order and a credit minus any service or shipping fee’s will be issue as long as none of your products have already shipped. Please contact us in writing at CustomerService@SleepStoreUSA.com or fax us at 1-845-635-4519 and you will receive a conformation back within 24 hours for your records. An order cancellation is not validated until you contact us in writing. Special Orders or Custom Orders carry a non refundable 30% restocking fee for being canceled after 48 hours.
