SLEEP STORE USA MATTRESS 25 Year Warranty

Sleep Store USA guarantees that your Memory Foam Mattress, Latex Mattress or Airbed will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Visco elastic material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 inch not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. If such defects occur during the remaining 15 Years of the mattress will be at a 50% discount off of retail cost at that point in time. The Jacquard Velour or quilted mattress cover is warranted for ten (10) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. If you did not purchase the mattress directly from Sleep Store USA you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Sleep Store USA warrants the entire bed against defects in material or workmanship for life. We warranty the bed and the warranty is transferable (with proof of purchase). You can count on our warranty being effective as we have been in the industry for a combined 70 years.

All parts including motors and remote control are covered 100% for life and the purchaser pays ONLY for the shipping cost of the part replaced.
